Instructors

Must have

Instructor certifications by either IKO or VDWS.

Experience of at least 2 working seasons.

Experience with Meltemi wind is a plus.

Experience with kite care, minor repairs.

Must speak English, any other languages are a plus.

Experience with other sports like windsurfing, wing foil, kitefoiling, SUP are desirable.

Personable and friendly, not only with clients but with the team as well!

Boat driver

Must have

Good experience in Kiteboarding rescue either by boat or Jetski.

International Boat driving license.

Great alertness and quick response times.

Good amount of experience in handling boats and jetskis.

Good English and a second language are good to have.

Friendly attitude and basic kiteboarding skills.

Barista/Bartender

Must have

A happy, friendly personality. Customer service skills and knowledge.

Proactive and can-do attitude.

High level of attention to detail. Good level of literacy and numeracy.

Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.

Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.

Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.

Positive and approachable manner.

Team player qualities.

Experience with POS system and SimpleServer is desirable.

Beach security (night shift)

Must have

High moral standard.

Be responsible, and mature.

Exemplary background check with no criminal record or drug history.

Experience working a night shift.

Be at least 21 years of age, be physically able to work a 4 to 8-hour shift on your feet, and possibly running.

You must have mental stamina, always remaining alert to all the goings-on at the beach.

Patrolling experience and attention to detail.

CPR and first aid training with a valid driver’s license is desirable, but not a must.
