KiteGreece is the perfect place to start your kitesurfing journey or make progress to reach your personal goals. We offer kitesurfing lessons for all levels, equipment rentals and you can also store your personal kit at the club.

Due to its geographical location, Marmari and Lefkadi Surf Club are the perfect multi activity destinations in Greece and are only 1hr away from Athens. Evia Island is one of the windiest places in Europe and offers good conditions all year round. While waiting for the wind or if the wind is less favourable for kitesurfing, you can take part in our many other activities on offer or explore the natural surroundings of our secluded spot.

Wind & Water Conditions

From the middle of March to the middle of October, Evia island offers perfect conditions for kitesurfing whether you are a beginner or have been addicted to the wind for years.

The wind strength varies from 15-35 knots and the water conditions can change from super flat to a bit of chop and at times the mid size wind swell creates waves from 1-2,5m at certain spots.

On the island of Evia you will find plenty of spots and a variety of conditions catering for all levels. We operate in three main spots: Marmari, Lefkadi and our wave spot Kimi.

Kitesurfing Discovery Lessons

Description

Designed for individuals or groups up to 4 people who want to get a taste of kitesurfing or simply don’t have enough time to complete a full course.

Our experienced, qualified IKO instructors will take you from the very beginning of your kitesurfing journey, starting with the theory before making it all the way up to your first water starts. The course is split across 3 days and consists of 11 training hours.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding in Greece Evia Island

Description

Our half day boat assisted kitesurfing safari to the Petali Islands lagoon is for intermediate and advanced riders.

We will set off from Marmari Surf Club and head towards the Petali Islands. After 10 minutes travel in our powerboat we arrive at the “egg”. This spot is a kitesurfer’s dream with butter flat transparent water, a small wave area and amazing scenery. After riding for approximately 2 hrs we will head 2 miles downwind into the lagoon. The last session of the day at sunset offers incredible views and with the previous holiday home of the Picasso family as our back drop, it’s the perfect end to an unforgettable day.
