Experienced windsurfing instructors, a designated area of shallow water, private facilities at Marmari Surf Club, and ideal weather conditions create a perfect destination for both learning and practicing your skills. KiteGreece is the perfect place to start your kitesurfing journey or make progress to reach your personal goals. We offer equipment rentals and you can also store your personal kit at the club.

Due to its geographical location, Marmari and Lefkadi Surf Club are the perfect multi activity destinations in Greece and are only 1hr away from Athens. Evia Island is one of the windiest places in Europe and offers good conditions all year round. While waiting for the wind or if the wind is less favourable for windsurfing, you can take part in our many other activities on offer or explore the natural surroundings of our secluded spot.

Windsurfing Lessons with KiteGreece

Following a thorough grounding in the theoretical aspects of Windsurfing, our students become competent cruising in every direction, according to the conditions of the wind. Our designated training area and rescue boat makes learning easy and safe. You will have the confidence to practice and make improvements in only a few short hours of training.

From the middle of March to the middle of October, Evia island offers perfect conditions for windsurfing whether you are a beginner or have been addicted to the wind for years.The wind strength varies from 15-35 knots and the water conditions can change from super flat to a bit of chop and at times the mid size wind swell creates waves from 1-2,5m at certain spots.On the island of Evia you will find plenty of spots and a variety of conditions catering for all levels. We operate in three main spots: Marmari, Lefkadi and our wave spot Kimi.

Children's Private Beginner Course

Description

On this beginner course designed for children we aim to cover all of the steps needed to make you a competent beginner Windsurfer. We start from the very beginning and by the end we aim to have you cruising and turning around comfortably by yourself. The course is split across 3 days and consists of 9 training hours.

After completing your lessons you can continue developing your new found skills by renting our Mistral beginner Windsurfing equipment. If you like more help, one of our Windsurfing instructors can supervise you during your rental session in order to maximise your progress. We have an experienced safety team on the beach making sure you’re safe at all times.
